Since the marina is situated in close proximities of the town center, it is easy to get to natural beauty zones and historical assets. The marina offers wintering and maintenance / repair service with a traveling crane having 330 -ton lifting capacity that is the biggest of Mediterranean. It has been reported that the marina hosted 350 yachts in 2001 and the rate of foreign flags had been 60%.

Part of fishing port has been transformed to a very well sheltered yacht harbour. In recent years the town has expanded rapidly and the bustling market and narrow alleys is only a few minutes walk from the modern promenade where the marina is located. Good shopping for all provisions. Yacht may safely be left here for visits to Kapadokya.
İSKENDERUN PORT
Founded by Alexander the Great in 333BC, it was the most important port city on this part of the coast until Mersin was developed in the 1960s. The harbour offers goos shelter from the prevailing summer winds. To date, few yachts visit here and specific yacht services are not available but most facilities can be found in the town.
